Dungarvan Show will take place on Sunday 12th July, 2026 in Ballygagin, by kind permission of the Queally, Broderick and Whelan families, with support from neighbouring landowners O’Grady, Shanley, Sheehan and Walsh.

New this year, the Irish Texel Sheep Society will host their National Championships in Dungarvan.
Entertainment includes Tug of War, Tractor Driving Skills, the Most Appropriately Dressed Lady competition sponsored by Willow and Oak, and a Jiving Competition. Music throughout the day will include Loose Canon, and the bar will be run by Merry’s Gastro Pub.
Visitors can also enjoy the Artisan Marquee, Wellness Marquee, Alpacas, vintage displays, trade stands, a Kiddies Zone, and the traditional show favourites including Home Industries, Horses and Ponies, Showjumping, Cattle, and the popular Dog Show.
A free Park and Ride service from Dungarvan, provided by Local Link, will operate again this year.
